Chef Joseph Rawlins and his kitchen team have done it again. The New May 2023 update to the A La Carte Menu is here and it is spectacular. Hand Dived Orkney Scallops are back on the menu, with Lamb Canon and Turbot for 2 making and appearance. The ever-popular Udale’s Salt-Aged Duck remains, however it is now being served with Salt Baked Celeriac, Orange, Tempura Shiso Leaf, Tandoori Jus.
Desserts have also been refreshed with Banana Bread, Hazelnut Ganache, and Lemon Posset making the menu alongside White Chocolate, British Strawberry and Tea Matcha Opera. Of course, our selection of Cheese from the Cheese Yard in Knutsford remains the same.
