Sturia Oscietra Caviar
Oscietra caviar is harvested from an exclusive production of Gueldenstaedtil sturgeons in Bordeaux, France. This highly sought-after delicacy shapes familiar marine flavours with notes of dried fruit to create a remarkable and memorable caviar. The golden brown eggs roll wonderfully under the pallet, delicately releasing the fine taste. Demanded by connoisseurs, we are pleased to be able to offer this caviar at La Popote. Champagne Lallier
First bottled in 1906, the region in which Lallier originates is Aÿ in France. The region’s wine making history dates to the Roman eta, and was made famous by Henry IV in the 16th Century, known as the ‘Majesty of Aÿ and good wine.’
The invention of blending, and the control of secondary fermentation, made Champagne possible almost two hundred years later. Sparkling wine in the form of Champagne has been enjoyed around the globe ever since.
