A La Carte Updates
Our latest A La Carte Updates include a tantalising, mouth-watering selection of dishes that include Potato and Leek Espuma, served with confit duck egg, and Wild Mushroom and King Oyster Risotto with mushroom foam and smoked almonds. New desserts include the Pink Lady Apple Tarte Tatin, with vanilla ice cream, and White Chocolate Ganache, with tea sable, and yoghurt sorbet.
We have also made various changes to existing dishes. Our Venison, for example, is now completed by beetroot, turnip, and brussels sprouts, and our Chicken Liver Pate is now served with a quince chutney.
New Les 4 Saisons Set Menu
This new menu explores seasonally sourced ingredients perfect for the winter months. Starters include Jerusalem artichoke soup, black pudding, mackerel, and duck egg. For mains, you will have a choice from ballotine of turkey leg, confit duck leg spatzle, chalk stream trout, and wild mushroom risotto. Our Sunday Lunch will also be available as part of the menu on, you guessed it, Sundays. Desserts include apple and pear crumble, passion fruit creme brulee, sorbet of the day, and 3 Cheeses from the Cheshire Mercantile.
The Les 4 Saisons set menu is available Thursday lunch and dinner and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lunch. 2 Courses are £24, 3 Courses are £29, and the 5 Course tasting Menu is available at just £39.
